We offer nationwide delivery across the United States. If you’re located outside the continental U.S. or require international shipping, please contact us directly to discuss availability and additional fees.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom orders or modified containers may require additional processing time. You will be notified of the estimated dispatch and delivery timeline at the time of order.


3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery usually occurs within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and container availability.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional time.

  • We will provide an estimated delivery window upon order confirmation and notify you once the container is dispatched.


4. Delivery Method

We use reliable, experienced container transport companies equipped with tilt-bed trucks, flatbeds, or chassis trailers based on your container type and location.

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery site is:

  • Accessible by large delivery vehicles

  • Clear of obstacles such as low wires, trees, or soft ground

  • Level and stable for safe offloading

If delivery is unsuccessful due to site inaccessibility, additional charges may apply.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs vary based on location, container size, and delivery method.

  • A final quote will be provided before purchase confirmation.

  • In some cases, free or discounted delivery may be available for bulk orders or promotions.


6. Delivery Inspection

Upon arrival, please inspect your container immediately. If there is any significant damage or discrepancy:

  • Report the issue to the driver and mark it on the delivery note (if applicable).

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos and a detailed description.

After this period, we may not be able to process claims for damages or incorrect deliveries.


7. Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to weather, traffic, logistical issues, or other unforeseen events. Excel Shipping Containers is not liable for any losses resulting from delivery delays, but we will communicate any changes promptly.
