Refunds or exchanges are granted solely at our discretion. Custom-modified containers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Used containers may have signs of wear, rust, or dents but will be wind and water-tight unless otherwise stated. New containers may have minor handling marks. We provide honest condition descriptions, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review details before purchase.

Unless explicitly stated, no warranty is provided. Any warranties will be in writing and limited to the terms specified at the time of sale.

Excel Shipping Containers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
